Nurturing creativity and self-expression is part of who cap is. By pairing a lifelong passion for poetry with a masters in education and over 10 years of classroom and non-conventional teaching experience, 

Workshop offerings include intro to poetry, studies on various fixed poetic forms, culturally rooted explorations of poetry, and generative writing workshops.

Proud facilitator of workshops at The MET, Poetry Society of New York, United Nations International School, Mind-Builders, Prep for Prep, The Nuyorican Poets Cafe, New York Public Library, The New School, and more than 40 elementary/middle schools and community groups throughout NYC.
